This is the smallest Sweet Tomatoes I've been in. It's floor plan leaves a lot to be desired, but tonight the salads were fresh and the food was all tasty. I noticed that the Ceasar salad seemed to have been just made and I could taste the lemon juice in the dressing (YUM!) Using a coupon (They come out in your Email on Thursdays if you're a club Veg Member) we saved a few bucks and had ourselves a light and tasty dinner tonight. Soup and deliciously crisp veggies, and .. those OMG! yum gluten free Coconut Muffins. PLEASE don't take those away. I love them!

The mac n cheese is worth the cost of getting in alone. In all seriousness, this place is great. Cheap with unlimited food, healthier and better than Golden Corral, and clean. It's all you need in a buffet! When you enter, you pick from the huge salad bar. There are too many items to list, but basically, they took the whole farm and threw it on here. Almost every veggie imaginable and some cold pastas. I enjoy the Asian salad. After you get your salad, you pay. Be aware that you have to pay for drinks. However, if you sign up for their e club they send you coupons, which usually includes one for a meal for two or four that includes drinks. After you pay, you'll first come across the soups. They rotate their soups frequently. Every time we come they have different soups. I like the clam chowder, the chicken noodle and the lemon chicken orzo. The chicken noodle is a standout. Huge tender noodles, bug chunks of white meat chicken and a light clear broth make for a soup a million times better than Campbell's. After that you'll see the pastas. The mac and cheese is THE BOMB. It's so cheesy and creamy and the pasta is perfectly tender. The tomato based pastas are usually mediocre. The creamy pastas are usually good, but they don't so so well on a buffet line. Next to the pasta is bread. Liek everything else here, the types rotate but they always sourdough, multi grain, muffins, and pizza and cheesy garlic focaccia. Sometimes they have an extra type of focaccia. The ice cream is only okay, but the lava cake is usually good. They usually have tapiocia pudding, a type of sugar free pudding, jello, and fruits. My favorite dessert is a cup of vanilla nut coffee and muffins. The reason why I knocked off a star is because this place is very small. It is the smallest Sweet Tomatoes I have been to. However, it is decorated nicely for a buffet and the bathrooms are clean. Just be prepared to bump into some people. By no means is it gourmet, but it sure isn't Golden Corral and its probably the best buffet in these parts of town.

I was so excited to hear we were going to get a Sweet Tomatoes in town. I know the one in Palm Harbor rocks!!!! So I went with great expectations and a hungry belly I came, I saw and then it hit me this is not Kansas! The place was empty, and the crew seemed bored and was busy chatting with one another. There wasn't much of a selection I felt in the salad, soups, or toppings. The food didn't stand out to be different, special it was just blah and bland. Very disappointed.

I've always loved Sweet Tomatoes. I don't remember any in NJ. Don't come here if you dislike salad and soup!!! I love salad and soup. Sometimes soups are better than an entree. There's cheesy breads and baked potatoes and Mac n Cheese. Chicken noodle soup here has the biggest chunks of chicken!!!! You can also get soups and other foods to go!!! I like this location. Hard to believe they've been here almost 4 years!!

Probably the largest, freshest salad bar I have ever seen. They have 8 soups to choose from with always having a chili and a chicken noodle and the others rotate. They usually have two to three pastas to choose from and at least three pizzas which are all usually very tasty and fresh. Baked white and sweet potatoes are also available as well as bread muffins and ice cream for dessert. A very pleasurable experience.

Big salad as would be expected, but they did not have bacon bits out to my great disappointment. The house chili is a staple I have every time income here and I always enjoy it. Service is good and the bus service is quick to remove your used plates.

Crazy about the Sweet Tomatoes in Clearwater, but this one truly disappoints. The menu is not nearly as extensive. The food is not as fresh... as the few times we have gone (we've given it three chances) often the lettuce is limp and the tomatoes often look like they have seen better days. It seems like they run out of food here quite quickly and it is often not replenished without having to ask the staff to bring out more of whatever is missing. This request too, is usually met with a sigh and shrug, as if they are being hugely inconvenienced by doing their jobs. The store is often very clean, although I have had to nudge the manager a time or two and remind them that the bathroom is part of the store and should receive the same attention. Another thing I am not so crazy about is the sneeze guards around the food are up kind of high and don't offer the food much in the way of protection unless people five foot ten and over are the only people who are dining. This is generally why I stay away from buffets to begin with. I don't like to share germs with 90% of the residents of New Port Richey. Please...install hand sanitizers at the beginning and end of the buffet lines as they have done in other Sweet Tomatoes and various buffets around Tampa Bay. Please? The reason I am giving it two stars instead of one is because their soups are just so delicious that I have a hard time avoiding the place even though it annoys me to go there to receive it. It's also overpriced, not much of a bargain for the money unless you are like my husband and can shovel droves of food into your mouth, exhale, let out a burp and go back for thirds and fourths. For people like me who just pick, sample and taste, it is a waste of money. But oh...those soups. They haunt my dreams sometimes.

I love Sweet Tomatoes overall, but this location is not nearly as nice as the ones I went to when I lived in Colorado and California. My number one complaint about this place was that the lettuce was wilted and some of it was starting to brown. Since I really come here for the salads I was disappointed. The service was also slower than at other locations. We had piles of dirty plates by the time anyone came to take them away. We're used to them being taken almost immediately, but not at this location. I will go here again because nothing beats Sweet Tomatoes when you're craving a salad made however you want it, but this location is not up to par with the other Sweet Tomato restarunts.

I have been eating at this location for years. My daughter loves it too. I go back again and again. Never had a bad experience here. They always recognize me. If I want a relaxing, low key lunch this is where I go. I always use a coupon because it is a little pricey. I like that I can have a salad, soup, bread, desert, etc. all at my own pace.

This was definitely the smallest Sweet Tomatoes I've ever been to, but it didn't disappoint. The salad bar was clean and everything looked fresh. None of the soups appealed to me, but that may have just been personal preference. The baked potato bar was nice, and dessert was a brownie bite with ice cream on top. All in all it was a good experience, definitely a healthier choice than most of the other buffets around. My only complaint would be that $11 plus the cost of a drink seems a bit steep for basically a soup and salad dinner, but in all fairness the quality was very good.

My family & I been coming here since they opened about 4 yrs ago! Awesome place to eat healthy! Soups,salads,veggies,breads,potatoes, & mac n cheeses are what they serve! Always fresh & yummy! Always well stocked & clean! The employees go out of their way to wow you every time! If they're out of something that should be on the bar they'll make it fresh for you! My favorite place to eat!
